RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of domestic orders within three (3) days of the date the order was received at the mailbox. The request must be made within three (3) days after receiving your order (Starting when the tracking number appears as “delivered” or “available for pick up”)otherwise we will deny the request.

  •  No money will be refunded only STORE CREDIT.
  • Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the day it was created.  
  • We only accept two (2) consecutive returns per customer and no more than 5 returns accepted per calendar year. Otherwise, no request for returns will be accepted. 

Merchandise must be returned new, unworn, without any odors, unaltered and with tags attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • All Sales Items, Swims, Jewelry, and Accessories are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges. 
  • Sale Events that include sale items and or discount codes are Final Sale and are not elegible for returns nor exchanges. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, go here. Please provide name, email and order number. 

Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a notification at the email address used for the original order.

To access and use your store credit, log in with that same email at: account.shopseda.com

SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Returned items due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay.

If you refuse to pay the shipping cost for the returned item due to incorrect addresses, you can request to cancel the order and obtain a credit to the store with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total of your order.

DISCOUNT CODES 

Manual Discount Codes should be applied at Check Out. Discounts Codes can't be applied after purchase.      

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If the shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect and you notice immediately after completing your order please feel free to contact us. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling the order will require a new shipping label which, as stated before, the customer must pay.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns. All sales are considered final.
