- If you want a more tangible experience we will ship a physical gift card that will replace the e-gift card sent to the selected email address. Therefore, e-gift card will be disabled.
- By purchasing this product you confirm that you’d chose a physical gift card over the e-gift card
- Gift cards don’t expire.
- Exchanges and store credits will remain using e-gift cards
- If you wish the shipping address is the recipients make sure to add it as the delivery address. You can also receive the gift card yourself.
- Make sure to write the correct address, wrong addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled and picked up by mail services.
- If the gift card is missing during shipment and is due to a wrong address or incomplete address customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Missing gift cards with remaining balances can be disabled and replaced with an e-gift card. If the customers wish for a physical gift card replacement purchase of the shipping costs is required.
- Purchases of gift cards are tax free. However, when using the Gift Card: final customer is responsible for tax and additional costs not covered by the gift card.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within U.S Territories
We have the following shipping option available for select eligible regions:
USPS First-Class Mail- $5 & USPS Priority Shipping - $10 | FREE on orders over $100
Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.
Free shipping offers don’t apply to international shipping clients.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged to customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.
We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was made. Return Shipping fees will be deducted from store credit.
- No money will be refunded only STORE CREDIT.
- Store Credits are valid for one year from the day it was created.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Orders are limited to ONE exchange only.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- All Sales Items, Swims, Jewelry, and Accessories are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.
- Sale Events that include sale items and or discount codes are Final Sale and are not elegible for returns nor exchanges.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, go here. You will need order number and email, phone number or zip code used at checkout.
Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location or handle it to the mailman. Returns Labels should be scanned by the carrier within 3 days after received. After that period, all unused labels will be void and returns should be requested again complying with the 14 days window policy.

- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
- For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
- On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to US". Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:
